Fernandez Law Group recovered $4.8 million for minor children who were sexually abused after being negligently placed in the custody of adults with a verified history of sexual abuse. Eckerd Youth Alternatives, Inc. and The Devereux Foundation, Inc. – who contract to provide foster care and related services on behalf of the Florida Department of Children and Families – agreed to the settlement after 3 years of litigation. Insurance Coverage Issue: Motorcycle Accident

TRAMPOLINE PARK INJURY
