I first met Frank in 2012, when my friend was involved in a rear end collision and had no legal advice. My Uncle knew a local community representative who put him in touch with Frank. He was able to get him to physical therapy and eventually settle his case for fair value. Fast forward to 2020 during Covid, a guy in a jacked up pickup truck hit me at 70 mph, totaling my car and causing a full rupture of my L5 lumbar disc. First person I called was Frank. It was a complicated time to be involved in any type of accident during Covid, but Frank was always a phone call away. The insurance company as per the usual wanted to play games, but Frank held tough and eventually got me the best settlement possible. Some Tampa attorney’s are so big that you won’t really talk to them at all, and there’s too many middle men involved. With Fernandez Law Group you actually speak to and communicate with your attorney. Highly recommended 😎🙏🏼

Better than Great! I owe Frank Fernandez my life. I was, and have been a target for law enforcement to do they’re worst, as well as my wife. My wife and I were in jail charged with several PBL 1st Degree Felonies. The moment Mr. Fernandez walked into the courtroom, the state immediately announced a no file on me at my bond reduction hearing and I walked out of jail that day! Then my wife did a week later! My bondsman verified funds in my account for me, and informed Mr. Fernandez I had him covered. Mr. Fernandez represented me before I could pay him as I had no access to my bank account in jail. No other attorney has ever done me so RIGHT! When The Fernandez Law Group walks in the courtroom they command respect and it’s recognized immediately that pursuing a case against an innocent inmate with a team that has all the notoriety, respect, and clout they have, is going to require more resources and Wheaties than the State possesses!

The best Christmas gift I could ask for and a new beginning to set off the 2025 New Year! the receptionist Caitlin & Valeria are great with updating me on court dates. Violation of Probation – Fernandez Law Group:
I called them less then 24hrs before my son’s court hearing. He had a warrant for an eight year violation of probation. We figured he would get some jail time and more probation. They got everything dismissed!! They stayed in touch with me thru it all and they were very affordable!I would highly recommend them to anyone with any legal troubles.

I am so grateful for Fernandez law group! I have been dealing with them for three years. Francisco Fernandez is a very honest man and when he says he will get results… he does. I called multiple lawyers and they all told me what I wanted to hear, but Frank was the only person that was honest with me from the beginning. If there is anything I can say about this man is that he does not promise anything he cannot deliver and he is very honest and up front. Frank has worked on my case as well as my girlfriends and I repeat he has gotten us both the results we wanted. Not once did I have any issues with communication, if I called, I heard back. We were referred to Jeff Quisenberry of FLG by a dear friend. This was our first time having to deal with the court system and were clueless as to what to do. Mr. Quisenberry was like a guardian angel. He guided us step by step and kept us informed and updated on the status of the case, good and bad. Jeff took the wheel and steered us in the right direction.
We knew Jeff was good, but after witnessing him argue our case before the judge and the prosecutor, we knew we had the BEST Attorney – regardless of the outcome! Our family worked with Jeff Q. for 3 years on our case. He was very knowledgeable about how the court saw our issues and he prepared us accordingly. The Fernandez Law Group is a firm to which I can confidently give my highest recommendation. I specifically had the pleasure of hiring attorney Jeff Quisenberry and communicating online with Caitlin. Jeff was amazing throughout. When you need an attorney, it’s often a stressful situation for the client. Jeff was consistently reassuring, reaffirming, positive, and honest about the process, the strategies available, the legal guidelines, and the possible outcomes. I really felt like Jeff wanted to see a positive outcome because he believed a wrong had taken place. The communication is A+ and you can tell instantly that this has been an edict firm-wide because they call you back as soon as they possibly can, always.
