My wife and i were hit by a Drunk Driver while in our car at a red light back in April of 2016! Having Injuries, a totalled car, and unable to work, We needed help fast and called the Fernandez Law Group. They were very sincere, courteous, and professional, and worked tediously on our case from start to finish. We would like to Thank Frank Fernandez, Gaston Fernandez, Sherry Kelly , and the whole staff at Fernandez Law Group for fast and professional service. Special thanks to Sherry Kelly for always keeping us informed about our case, being patient and answering all of our questions, and guiding us through the whole process! When my wife and I heard of our son’s arrest we were devastated. We were a thousand miles away and not sure where to turn. We spoke with Attorney Jeff Quisenberry, of the Fernandez Law Group, and we just knew he was someone who was honest and someone you could trust the fate of your child with. We were never under any pressure to commit to him or his law firm. His calming demeanor really helped ease our concerns during a very stressful time in our life. We have not been disappointed with our choice. We liked the fact he had experience not only as a Defense Attorney but he also had years of experience as a Prosecutor and was familiar with the criminal justice system. And as you can imagine we had many questions along the way and Jeff would always respond promptly to emails, calls, and text messages. He is especially good with texts. No waiting and wondering. If Jeff happened to be unavailable (testifying at a Murder trial) and we needed an immediate response Gaston was always there to pick up the call. They make a great team. We received the best outcome for our son and are very thankful to Jeff, Gaston and the entire Fernandez Law Group Team. Thank you for all of your support during a very difficult time for us.

Just a short note to thank your firm for a job well done. In particular, I would like to point to the effort by Sherry Kelley. Her attention to detail coupled with her solid communication skills make her an absolute joy to work with. She took the term “keeping me in the loop” to a new level. Thank you Frank, Gaston, and Sherry for all the work you have done on behalf of myself and Shawn. It took a while, but without your efforts, we wouldn’t have gotten out of the situation we were in because of the car accident Shawn was in last year. You went to bat for him with the state, and were able to get him something, which again, without your help, would not have happened. I want to thank Sherry especially, for without her assistance, I wouldn’t have gotten as much for my poor car as I did. Sherry was always quick to return a call, and that was appreciated so much, especially during the time of upheaval we were going through to begin with. She was pleasant, and caring, and we feel we made a friend. Thank you all again.

The best call I ever made was to Fernandez Law Group. I was in a serious auto accident with major injuries. Both the at fault drivers insurance and my own, were giving me the run around and neither one wanted to pay out the benefits that I needed or was entitled to. I made the call to the Fernandez Law Group, and everything has been taken care of since. Their Professionalism, and expertise really paid off in the end. If you need help, call this Law firm, they took care of everything and the consultation was free. Call you won’t regret it.

Family Law:
I truly cannot thank you and your law firm enough. As a disabled veteran with seventeen years of military service, I can honestly say your respect for military service members is second to none.
Mr. Fernandez, you understood my case and knew of the great injustice that had been done. I felt confident you would fight for me and would take care of this matter. I felt you truly understood my circumstances and kept me informed of your action plans. You worked tirelessly on my case, even calling me in the evening for additional information.
You kept your promise to me. I truly believe your presentation to the judge made all the difference. You truly put in a great effort into my case and the results are outstanding. I do not know how it is to win the lottery, but I think it feels something like the decision the judge made in my favor. I can start living a normal life again.
I highly recommend your office, but especially to veterans who maybe in a similar circumstance. Once again, thank you Mr. Fernandez, you and your team for giving me my life back.

Excellent law firm!! I was worried about my case but when I met with Frank he put me at ease. After a few court hearings, my charges were dismissed. Frank saved me big time. When I faced my first misdemeanor charge, I was terrified at the thought of what a criminal conviction might do to my future chances for employment. I am very fortunate that I hired an excellent criminal defense attorney so that I was not facing the complicated legal system on my own. The Fernandez Law Group is great. Attorney Jeff Quisenberry is a hardworking, knowledgeable and aggressive lawyer. His years of experience as a prosecutor and as a defense attorney mean that he really knows the criminal justice system up and down. His free consultation was the most thorough one that I received. Here’s the thing you really need to know – once you hire Jeff Quisenberry, you can count on him to respond promptly to emails, calls, and text messages. He is especially good with texts. No waiting and wondering. You will never be left in the lurch. He will creatively pursue every option when it comes to fighting a criminal conviction. Jeff Quisenberry was able to represent me in absentia on multiple occasions. He was able to secure a favorable outcome by placing me in the misdemeanor intervention program. He is also an expert in the process of expunging and sealing arrest records, taking clients’ images off of the mugshot websites, and helping you to clean up your record for the all-important criminal background checks. He was even able to have my misdemeanor intervention program transferred to my new out-of-state address. Give yourself peace of mind. Don’t settle for inexperienced legal counsel. Jeff Quisenberry, my attorney, did so much for me in my case this past year which kept me out of prison and home with my family. He did and amazing job working with me and my family. I would recommend Jeff and Fernandez law group to anyone who needs a very experienced law firm.
