Attorney Frank G. Fernandez:

Frank Fernandez has received the Client Distinction Award four consecutive years in a row from Martindale-Hubble and Lawyers.com as he was recognized by his clients for excellence in Quality of Service, Overall Value, Responsiveness and Communication Ability in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.

Frank was presented with the first ever Most Honored Professionals award in 2016 for receiving repeated, authenticated, publicized honors from the press, peers, trade groups and clients over a five year period.

Shortly thereafter, he received The Best of Tampa Award for Personal Injury Law in 2016 which is presented to businesses that provide positive service to their customers and community, helping to make the Tampa area a vibrant and vital place to live.

Mr. Fernandez received an award from Martindale-Hubbell to commemorate his 15 year anniversary of proudly serving the needs of citizens in Hillsborough County and Tampa Florida back in 2010. In 2015, Frank received his second community award from Martindale-Hubbell in recognition for his continued service in the Tampa Bay area for 20 years.

Fernandez Law Group received the Top Personal Injury Lawyers award in 2016 from Expertise for ranking in the top 7% of all personal injury law firms in Tampa and Miami. The Top Personal Injury Lawyers Award was presented once again in 2018.

For 2017, Frank Fernandez was presented with the 2017 Client Champion Award for exceptional client reviews from Martindale-Hubbell while our Personal Injury Attorneys also earned the 2017 Tampa Small Business Excellence Award as a top law firm for Personal Injury Law and Litigation.

Most recently, Tampa Lawyer Frank G. Fernandez received a 2018 Top Lawyers in Florida Award for highest ethical standards and professional excellence.

Mr. Fernandez is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association, and the Tampa Bay Hispanic Bar Association.

Attorney Jeff Quisenberry:

Jeff Quisenberry is a Florida Criminal Defense and Civil Trial attorney with over 20 years of state and federal experience. He has tried over 100 jury trials including over 15 homicide cases and over 50 sexually based crimes.

Mr. Quisenberry has represented numerous clients with complex fraud and embezzlement cases. These cases can be difficult and require the expertise that only a former prosecutor can bring to his client’s defense.

Additionally, he has argued over 500 legal motions before the court, particularly in the area of search and seizure and confession issues. During his career as a trial attorney, Mr. Quisenberry cross examined over 75 expert witnesses and deposed hundreds of witnesses.

Mr. Quisenberry spent half of his career as prosecutor for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit before moving into private practice. This experience is particularly important in his representation of Criminal clients because he has inside knowledge of how the state will likely build its case. Likewise, he understands what negotiating tactics are pertinent to get charges dropped or otherwise resolved without a conviction on his client’s record.
